            Delegate Shott moved to amend the Committee Substitute on page 42,  line 25, after the words “higher education” by deleting the semicolon and inserting the words

“, including all walkways, hallways, open areas, adjacent meeting rooms, anterooms, restrooms, waiting rooms, or other areas located within a 150-foot radius of the spaces designated for, or related to, the disciplinary or grievance procedure;”
